Historic Walnut Street Development also manages the lofts located in the historic Busy Bee Department Store building.  There are three loft apartments on each of the top three floors with retail/office space for lease on the first floor.  The lofts are upscale with granite counter tops, all appliances (including washer/dryer and microwave in each unit), tile baths, and special floor treatments.  The two-bedroom units have a separate entrance from the hallway to the second bedroom which can be used as an office.
